Living with RSD/CRPS I've learned to slow down, never give up, I'm not alone, its ok to say I can't, sometimes life needs a time out, nothing takes the pain away 100%, its ok to cry-even if your a guy!

A night to Relax
Sitting at my cousin chris's house playing the new Wii Resort Game, we have a lot of fun doing this!! Right now were in a heated battle in the basketball challenage! This is a nice distraction from my pain, and the stress were under right now!

Those Wii's are TONS of fun, but wow, you can sooooo overdo it quickly....not that I have done anything like that before or anything..hahahaha
